Overview
Every course at the Koinonia School of Ministry (KSOM) is designed to raise men andwomen who know God, understand His ways, and accurately represent His purposes in every sphere of influence. Our training structure integrates sound doctrine, spiritual formation, and leadership development.
Each program nurtures intimacy with the Holy Spirit, mastery of life principles, and competence in ministry, leadership, and influence. Students are grounded in redemption realities, the ministry of the Holy Spirit, and the character of Christ. They graduate as Spirit-filled leaders equipped to advance the Kingdom of God through knowledge, wisdom, and power
Our Courses
Pneumatology
This course provides an overview of God’s redemptive plan for man and offers a biblical exposition of the foundations of knowing and walking with the Holy Spirit. Students learn His person, ministry, voice, and partnership in spiritual growth, alongside the principles of personal revival.

Leadership
Leadership at KSOM is defined in one Word “Influence” and Influence is the ability to make people buy into your ideology without the use of force or cruelty. The course explores the levels of leadership, the qualities of exceptional leaders, and the principles that govern sustainable influence and impact.

Ministry
Ministry at KSOM is defined as raising ministers motivated by their love for Christ and their desire to see Him glorified. This course exposes students to God’s idea of Kingdom service, discovering your place in ministry, and practical ministry tools that transform an ordinary believer into a witness.

Personal Transformation
This course focuses on renewing the mind and building emotional stability, discipline, and spiritual maturity. Students are taught to pursue purpose, manage time effectively, and align their identity with God’s design.

Finance
Students learn the biblical laws that govern wealth, productivity, and stewardship. This course trains believers to manage resources with integrity, generosity, and Kingdom purpose.
